Your team Frontify's Global Partnerships team is a community of highly motivated people with diverse skill sets and backgrounds ranging across Sales, Agencies, Marketing, and Customer Success. Together, they elevate the company and grow as people. Outside of work, they're creatives, nature lovers, socializers, and so much more.
Your mission As a Technical Partnerships Lead, you'll establish a robust network of regional partners, driving our go-to-market strategy in EMEA. You'll be instrumental in identifying potential partnerships, and deepening relationships with our existing partners. You'll collaborate with our Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to establish Frontify as the platform of choice within our partner landscape. While providing guidance and direction to one direct report, you'll lead through execution — owning day-to-day partnership activities, communication, and deliverables with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset. Your responsibilities
- Own and execute the global technology partner strategy.
- Identify, qualify, and onboard high-value partners to grow revenue and pipeline.
- Lead tech partner relationships —from seamless onboarding to market awareness initiatives, driving adoption and building a robust sales pipeline.
- Drive integration and joint solution opportunities with Product and Engineering.
- Create and track joint business plans, ensuring measurable impact on OKRs and KPIs.
- Act as a partnership subject matter expert for internal teams across Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.
- Provide strategic guidance to partners and internal teams to drive growth, and deliver successful joint solutions.
- Ensure strong operational execution, including partner processes, enablement, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the global partnerships team to align on strategy and share best practices.
- Provide mentorship, direction, and performance support to your team.
- You can work in a hybrid format where you're able to work on-site in our London office twice a week, and then choose where works best for you for the rest of the week.
- You have 7+ years experience in partner management within SaaS, with a successful track record of building and managing strategic technology and solution partnerships; DAM experience is a plus.
- You're strategic and data-driven, with strong commercial acumen and an understanding of how to translate partnerships into revenue impact.
- You're a natural networker with the ability to build relationships across industries.
- You're an excellent communicator with experience supporting pipeline growth and partner GTM motions.
- You enjoy working independently, and are results-oriented, and comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives.
- You have experience working with Salesforce and account mapping tools (e.g., Crossbeam).
- You're positive, collaborative, and energized by building impactful partnerships.
- You're fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
What we offer - At least 5 weeks of holiday (PTO) - Paid educational and well-being days off - Home office setup budget - Annual salary review - Localized benefits - Invite to our summer company meet-up in Switzerland
