£35,000 - £40,000 + Performance-Based Bonuses

An award-winning UK content agency is seeking a talented Commercial Partnerships Manager to join their growing commercial team. The agency engages millions of readers through digital-first campaigns, print publications, events and strategic partnerships and they're looking for someone who can help shape the future of their key client accounts.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading commercial and revenue activity across two major membership clients.
- Managing and growing advertiser, sponsor and partner relationships.
- Pitching tailored commercial solutions across digital, print and events.
- Securing new business through outreach, networking and inbound leads.
- Developing new product ideas and commercial initiatives.
- Reporting on revenue performance, forecasts and KPIs.
- Representing the agency and its clients at industry events.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of media sales experience with proven success.
- Strong ability to meet targets and close deals.
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Creative, strategic and solutions-focused mindset.
- Proactive, ambitious and commercially driven attitude.
- Experience in B2B, engineering or maritime sectors is a plus, not required.
