Overview:

We're on the lookout for a bright, enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer / Artworker to join our growing in-house creative team. If you love bringing ideas to life, have a great eye for detail, and enjoy getting stuck into a mix of print and digital projects, this role is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career. You'll work closely with our designers and marketing team, developing your skills while contributing to real projects from day one. Perfect for a recent graduate or someone with a little experience looking to level up.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the design and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver accurate, on-brand artwork
  • Prepare print-ready files for brochures, packaging, signage, and other marketing materials
  • Create and refine digital assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and internal communications
  • Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and meet technical specifications for print and digital platforms
  • Support senior designers by rolling out campaigns, artwork amends, and versioning
  • Carry out layout adjustments, retouching, and production tasks with precision
  • Maintain consistency across artwork, formats, and channels
  • Manage feedback and revisions efficiently while meeting deadlines
  • Stay up to date with best practices in artwork production and print processes

Requirements:

  • Some experience in a design or artwork role, or a relevant design degree
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when preparing artwork for print
  • A good understanding of layout, typography and design basics
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay organised
  • Knowledge of creating digital assets (web and social graphics)
  • Bonus points for HTML/CSS or Adobe After Effects—but not essential
