Principal Designer – Competitive Salary

Chichester, West Sussex | Permanent | Hybrid

Your Role


• Lead as Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act, ensuring full compliance across projects


• Coordinate design teams and manage regulatory requirements from start to finish


• Deliver compliance reports and maintain the Golden Thread using CDE platforms


• Support training and development within the team

Skills & Experience Required


• ARB or CIAT qualified, RIBA Principal Designer status (or equivalent)


• Experience delivering Principal Designer duties under the Building Safety Act


• Knowledge of Building Regulations, cladding, and façade safety


• Confident liaising with clients, contractors, and regulators


• Revit knowledge desirable
