Job Description – Care Professional (Worcester)

About the Role

We're looking for kind, compassionate people to become Care Professionals. You'll provide high-quality care and companionship to clients in their own homes, with minimum 1-hour visits so that care is never rushed. You'll see the same clients regularly, helping you build strong relationships and a routine focused on quality of life.

What You'll Do

  • Support clients with everyday activities so they can live happily and independently at home
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with personal care, meal preparation, or light household tasks
  • Be a friendly, reliable presence that clients look forward to seeing

Available Roles

  • Full-time – permanent or zero-hour contracts
  • Part-time – flexible shifts, evenings or weekends available

  • Live-in Care – live with your client and build a life-changing bond

  • You must be 19+

  • Have lived in the UK for the past 3 years
  • Not currently in education
  • Currently unemployed or in receipt of low wag (Under £25,750)
