Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support various marketing initiatives, contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategies. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and a passion for marketing. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, enhancing your skills in SEO, social media management, and B2B marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to enhance website visibility.
  • Manage content updates on WordPress and ensure all information is current and engaging.
  • Utilise Google Ads for campaign management and performance tracking.
  • Analyse marketing data using Google Analytics to provide insights on campaign effectiveness.
  • Support project management tasks by coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop for promotional materials.
  • Write compelling copy for various platforms including websites, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Maintain organised records of marketing activities and performance metrics using Microsoft Excel.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas for B2B marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong management skills with the ability to lead projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in SEO practices and tools to drive organic traffic.
  • Experience in project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for graphic design purposes.
  • Knowledge of WordPress for website content management.
  • Understanding of Google Ads for digital advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent analysis skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong copywriting abilities with a focus on engaging target audiences.
  • Experience in social media management across various platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • Familiarity with email marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
