Executive Compensation Specialist
We're looking for an Executive Compensation Specialist to join our global team and play a key role in shaping payroll, benefits, and compliance processes across multiple international locations. Reporting to the Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager, you'll be at the heart of executive pay, governance, and risk management.
What You'll Do
- Drive global payroll coordination and lead year‑end reporting
- Prepare materials for the Remuneration Committee
- Administer bonus, LTIP, and deferred compensation schemes
- Maintain the compensation risk register and ensure compliance across jurisdictions
- Support audits, data requests, and process improvements
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years' experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits (financial or professional services preferred)
- Strong knowledge of year‑end processes, policy administration, and risk management
- Proven ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and integrity
- Commercially aware, detail‑oriented, and confident building trusted relationships
