In This Role, You Will

  • Guide professionals and individuals through career and life transitions with structured support and mentorship
  • Conduct onboarding and in-depth assessments to identify strengths, goals, and growth potential
  • Apply marketing tools and content strategies to reach, engage, and inspire the right audience
  • Use business systems to optimize outreach, lead generation, and results
  • Collaborate with a supportive, high-performing team
  • Engage in ongoing learning and professional development opportunities

  • 7+ years of experience in senior-level roles in business growth, transformation, coaching, mentoring, or client success
