£12.63/hour (Paid weekly – handy for the run-up to Christmas)

As the Christmas period approaches and recycling levels rise, Bryson Recycling is looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our team as Kerbside Loaders. You'll be helping keep our communities clean and tidy through one of the busiest, and brightest, times of the year. If you've got the energy, commitment, and a positive attitude, we'd love to have you on board.

Working alongside a Kerbside Driver, you'll help collect and lift recyclable materials on set routes. It's a hands-on, active role where teamwork is key - especially as households generate more packaging and festive waste throughout December.

What you NEED to bring to the table:

• Good communication and basic literacy/numeracy skills
• Willingness to work hard and take direction in a fast-paced, supportive team
• Professional conduct and respect for colleagues and the community
• Excellent reliability - especially important during the busy festive run-up
• A positive attitude and the ability to work closely with drivers

Bonus Points if you've got:

• Experience working in a waste environment or manual role
• Full, clean UK driving licence
