Shop - Mass Account Specialist, Project Intern (MAI UK), 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities
The Merchant Growth team manages the incubation journey for high potential sellers within TikTok E-commerce EU.

As an integral part of the team you'll take ownership of designing effective outreach programs, growth workstreams, thus empowering our merchants to grow and scale their business. This role is suited for an experienced Operations Manager, Program Manager or Project Manager, with e-commerce experience.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute and iterate merchant community growth strategies for high potential merchants.
• Monitor high potential merchant growth metrics, identify trends, conduct attribution analysis and work with account managers to optimize growth directions.
• Effectively manage project and stakeholder meetings, drive discussions to conclusions, and keep programs on track.
• Conduct market research to understand competitor strategies and industry trends.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or above, graduating summer 2026 or later.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau and Excel/Sheets.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fast learner with a proactive and resilient mindset; able to perform well under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
• A self starter with a problem solving mindset and a willingness to learn.
