About The Role

  • Provide general administrative support e.g. photocopying, filing, scanning, emailing, and completion of routine forms/templates.
  • Undertake all aspects of reception duties in the SEND provision to include answering telephone calls as appropriate and emailing. Ensure a safe and tidy reception environment is maintained at all times.
  • Assist with the operation of the management information system and other computerised systems.
  • To maintain confidentiality at all times in respect of school-related matters and to prevent disclosure of confidential and sensitive information.
  • To attend meetings to take and produce minutes
  • To supervise children whilst carrying out computerised assessment tasks
  • To support with lunchtime arrangements within the SEND provision.
  • To support with children arriving on school transport
  • To carry out access arrangement assessments
  • To undertake any other duties, commensurate with the level of the post, as may be required from time to time.
