In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in elevating the capabilities of our client's global sales teams and their external partners. You will act as a strategic force multiplier, ensuring that sales managers and trainers are fully equipped to onboard and develop their teams to the highest standards. Your work will directly influence sales performance, operational efficiency, and the seamless integration of best practices across diverse international markets. This is a 12 months (TBC), hybrid contract, offering £223.10 per day – 37.5 hrs/week – (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. Key Responsibilities

  • **Quality Assurance and Reporting:**
  • Drive quality assurance processes for external partners, evaluating the effectiveness of manager coaching, sales conversations, and training delivery.
  • Collaborate with partner managers and quality assessors across international teams to standardize QA processes and execution.
  • Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews for partner sites and deliver Monthly Business Reviews to sales leadership, providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Evaluate Team Leader coaching sessions and provide constructive feedback in coach-the-coach sessions.
  • Implement and facilitate call evaluation calibration sessions with Team Leaders and Quality Assessors at partner sites.
  • Report on sales training completion aligned with established milestones.
  • **Performance Improvement:**
  • Consult with stakeholders to identify and confirm performance gaps within sales teams and partners.
  • Design and implement targeted learning interventions based on performance-based training methodologies and business needs.
  • Train external partners on the effective delivery of training content, ensuring alignment with company expectations.
  • Observe training facilitations and provide detailed, constructive feedback to partner teams.
  • Conduct regular performance gap analyses to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Document existing processes and practices to enhance consistency and application across all operations.
  • **New Hire Training and Observation:**
  • Partner with external sites to coordinate new-hire onboarding and training schedules, providing support for system access and technical issues.
  • Ensure external partners are proficient in onboarding new hires to relevant internal systems and tools.
  • Manage the updating of access permissions for onboarded and off-boarded partner employees within company systems.
  • Train external partners on delivering comprehensive onboarding, including sales methodology and workflow sessions.
  • Develop and refine onboarding processes to maximize efficiency and align with internal employee experiences.
  • Collaborate with content development teams to ensure all leader guides and facilitation materials are current and relevant.
  • **Content Creation:**
  • Conduct thorough Needs Analyses for new content requests from stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end project timelines for content development and delivery to business units.
  • Work with external partners and internal content design teams to create training materials addressing identified performance gaps.
  • Review all training materials to ensure alignment with Needs Analysis outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal enablement specialists on the rollout of new offerings training and refreshers to partner sales teams.
  • Partner with Team Leaders, Quality Assessors, and Sales Leaders to effectively roll out and embed new content.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of approved training content.
  • **Technology Implementation (Non-Technical):**
  • Contribute to the rollout of new quality assessment and coaching tools for sales leaders and agents.
  • Support the implementation of new AI-based coaching tools for sales leaders and agents.
  • Gather user feedback to identify and drive continuous improvements for implemented technologies.
  • **Run the Business Tasks:**
  • Participate in sales leadership meetings and quarterly launches.
  • Attend stakeholder meetings relevant to key responsibilities.
  • Engage in Sales Enablement team meetings.
  • Stay current with internal systems and sales methodologies.
  • Conduct weekly or bi-weekly 1:1s with Team Leaders and Quality Assessors.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, training, program management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and manage 'train the trainer' programs for global partners.
  • Strong background in quality assurance processes, including assessing coaching, conversations, and training.
  • Experience in conducting performance gap analysis and designing effective learning interventions.
  • Proficiency in managing new hire onboarding processes, including system access and training delivery.
  • Ability to conduct Needs Analyses and manage content creation projects from inception to delivery.
  • Experience contributing to the rollout and adoption of new technologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and feedback skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • A collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively with diverse global teams and external partners.
