Nestled at the foot of Pendle Hill, in the heart of the Lancashire countryside, our clients establishments are renowned for delivering exceptional food, drink, and unforgettable experiences — whether it's an elegant wedding, a casual meal with friends, or a luxury countryside retreat.
We're now seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade at our client's esteemed gastro pub with rooms in Burnley.

- Family-run by father-daughter duo Kevin( Master Butcher) and his daughter, blending tradition, quality, and a deep-rooted passion for hospitality
- Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of a busy, high-quality kitchen
- Deliver exceptional dishes using fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients
- Help manage kitchen operations, food safety, and staff training
- Assist with menu development and ensure consistency across brasserie, bar, and event menus
- Bring creativity and precision to everything from Sunday roasts to fine-dining events
- Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
- A passion for hearty, seasonal British cuisine with a refined touch
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts across a 5-day week
- Someone who values teamwork, family ethos, and takes pride in high standards
