We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team at Courts Cardiff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, following established recipes and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Interact with customers, taking orders, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of the bar area for opening and closing shifts.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a positive and enjoyable experience for patrons.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new beverages, and customer preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
  • Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50-£13.73 per hour
