Role: Investment Director

We're looking for a
true operator
— someone who can
source, underwrite, and execute transactions
, not just analyze them. You'll work closely with the founder and leadership to identify opportunities across distressed assets, takeovers, asset-backed deals, and other special situations. This is a
builder role
, not a corporate one.

What You'll Do

  • Source and lead execution of crypto special situations and transformative transactions
  • Collaborate cross-border to move fast on transaction structuring and capital formation
  • Take ownership end-to-end: from idea to closing
  • Move at startup speed — no bloated process, no slide decks for the sake of it

We're Looking for People Who Are:

  • 10+ years in crypto investing, special situations, investment banking, restructuring, private equity, or principal investing
  • Relentlessly resourceful — you
    hunt deals
    , not wait for them
  • Sharp, numerate, and fast — you understand structure and risk instinctively
  • Hands-on — you're ready to underwrite a deal on Monday and negotiate it on Tuesday
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, urgency, and high expectations
  • Hungry to be part of something
    early, fast-moving, and high impact
