Pure Management Services offer a tailored, professional and pro-active approach to property management. We handle all aspects of second home and holiday home management and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to both owners and guests.

We have an exciting new opportunity available for a Hub Supervisor in our office in South Brent, Devon. This is a full-time role working five days a week to include Fridays and Saturdays. As this is a growing area for Pure, there will be the opportunity for career progression for the right candidate.

Duties will include:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the laundry
  • Manage the laundry team
  • Ensure health & safety regulations are adhered to and relevant training of new team members
  • Monitoring the quality and standards of all laundered items, ensuring they meet organisational standards
  • Equipment management, ensuring the laundry equipment is functioning properly, troubleshooting issues and coordinating repairs and services when required
  • Inventory of linen supplies and chemicals and ordering when necessary
  • Collaboration, working with other department and hubs to ensure smooth operations and understanding of their requirements
  • Collating linen orders from the other hubs and arranging delivery of such
  • Flexibility to work with the team and the business needs to ensure smooth running of the laundry
  • Stock control, delivering the annual company stock take of all linen and stock across the company
  • Attention to detail to maintain very high standards
  • Physically fit as the role may require some lifting and standing for long periods
  • Supporting the Services Manager with daily tasks
  • Assisting with Property Management checks
  • Liaising with housekeepers to provide first-class service
  • Investigating any cleaning or damage related complaints
  • Performing a range of administrative tasks
  • Supporting the on-call rota to deal with any guest emergencies

Essential Criteria:

  • Full UK Driving Licence, with own transport available
  • Proficient in data entry and record keeping
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Willingness to travel to properties on a daily basis
