A role you will love
This role is to provide legal support with a focus on drafting and negotiation of complex client contracts. This will support our market leading Employee Share Plans business, the largest provider of share plan administration services in Europe, helping it to deliver success and growth in a global setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • In this role you will be responsible for planning, drafting, negotiating and execution of client agreements, minimising risks and maximising legal rights.
  • This will include delivering expert proactive, efficient, and robust legal advice to a range of stakeholders in a timely manner to ensure all project deadlines are met in a seamless and efficient way.
  • Proactively evaluate processes and procedures, identifying risks and non-compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Continue to keep abreast of trends and developments.
  • Work closely with the share plans legal team.

What will you bring to the role?
To be successful within this role you will be a UK qualified solicitor with extensive experience of commercial contract drafting, negotiation and execution.
