Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Partner closely with operational leaders to challenge assumptions, improve financial understanding, and drive commercial outcomes.
  • Develop and refine financial models to support scenario analysis and investment decisions.
  • Deliver clear, concise reporting to senior leadership, highlighting risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
  • Support ongoing improvements to financial processes, reporting tools, and MI.

About You

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong FP&A background with proven experience supporting operational teams or non-finance stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to distil complex data into clear insight.
  • Confident communicator who can build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • A hands-on approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves in a lean finance team.
