Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Concierge to join our esteemed establishment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional guest service skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing assistance with inquiries, reservations, and recommendations while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and entertainment.
  • Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, and activities on behalf of guests.
  • Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
  • Maintain an organised front desk area and ensure that all guest inquiries are logged accurately.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering calls and responding to inquiries.
  • Assist in managing special requests or events for guests as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in guest services or hospitality roles is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Familiarity with local restaurants and attractions to provide informed recommendations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
  • Previous experience in a hotel environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Weekday's ONLY 7:30-18:30
