About The Administration Team
The administrative team at Ellis Guilford Secondary School provides essential support to ensure the school runs smoothly and efficiently. They manage student records, attendance, and communication with parents and external agencies. The team handles key compliance tasks, safeguarding documentation, and supports behaviour management policy and procedure. They work face to face with student supporting their welfare needs. By coordinating day-to-day operations and supporting staff and students, the admin team plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe, organised, and effective learning environment.

As an administration assistant at Ellis Guilford School, you will thrive in a busy environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a calm and approachable manner. Requirements
