A leading global valuation and advisory firm is seeking an Associate Director to join its Intellectual Property team. The role involves managing a wide range of valuation projects across industries, from origination to execution, and delivering high-quality insights to clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in asset valuations, strong client management skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing, international team working across diverse asset classes and sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-quality valuations of intangible assets, equity, and entire enterprises for a range of purposes including corporate recovery, asset-based lending, financial reporting, tax, and commercial transactions.
  • Deliver exceptional client service with a focus on accuracy, insight, and professionalism.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across different asset specialisms and global offices.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, managing relationships with advisors, insolvency practitioners, private equity, banks, specialist lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support the professional development of Analysts and Senior Analysts.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and support strategic growth activities.

The candidate:

  • Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA, RICS) is desirable but not essential.
  • At least five years' relevant experience in valuation services, professional services, corporate finance, or related fields.
  • Strong technical expertise with the ability to lead and manage asset and business valuation projects.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and project management skills.
  • High integrity and strong commercial awareness.
