We have a position available to work in our busy label material conversion facility.

Warehouse responsibilities include:

Picking & Packing – Key Tasks

  • Accurately pick materials to job sheets, work orders or production schedules.
  • Pack items securely following company standards to prevent damage in transit or during internal movement.
  • Label picked and packed items correctly for identification and traceability.
  • Use handheld scanners or pick lists to record stock movements.
  • Replenish stock locations and ensure materials are stored in the correct areas.
  • Prepare orders for production or dispatch, ensuring all materials are complete and ready on time.
  • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as required.
  • Carry out routine stock checks and report discrepancies or damaged goods.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment in the warehouse.
  • Follow all health & safety procedures, including correct manual handling techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and the production department to support workflow.
  • Support general warehouse duties such as pallet wrapping, moving stock, and keeping aisles clear.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet trucks).

Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of a warehouse environment
  • Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling duties on a day to day basis
  • Receptive to training and continuous improvement
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative, as well as be a good team player
  • Attention to detail
  • Methodical worker
