The Job:
We are recruiting a Poultry Farm Manager to oversee the daily operations of a poultry unit in Cheshire. This full-time role requires a proactive and hands-on manager to ensure the highest standards of bird welfare, biosecurity, and production efficiency are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the poultry unit

  • Monitor flock health, welfare, and performance

  • Maintain accurate farm and compliance records

  • Manage and develop staff to ensure efficient operations

  • Ensure biosecurity and regulatory standards are consistently met
