The Job:
We are recruiting a Poultry Farm Manager to oversee the daily operations of a poultry unit in Cheshire. This full-time role requires a proactive and hands-on manager to ensure the highest standards of bird welfare, biosecurity, and production efficiency are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day running of the poultry unit
Monitor flock health, welfare, and performance
Maintain accurate farm and compliance records
Manage and develop staff to ensure efficient operations
Ensure biosecurity and regulatory standards are consistently met
