We are mainly looking in our candidates that can work in fast-paced environments, eager to help each other and enjoy what we do. If you already have barista skills, that's great, but we can always train you

This is a permanent position for around 18-25h.

Summary of the role:

  • You are a supportive team player and have excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • You would have great attention to details and empathy for your co-workers.

  • You will ensure that our products are properly displayed and handled in the shop, including opening time and throughout the day as required.

  • You will prepare high quality coffee and tea in a fast paced environment.

  • You will be able to cope with stressful situations without loosing calm, such as difficult customer, rush hours and unusual events.

  • You are a clean and tidy person and will reflect so in your appearance and in shop areas.

  • You will be aware of implementation of all food safety practices (training will be provided).

  • You have interest and enthusiasm for our products - Excellent and fresh bread, viennoiserie, patisserie, and coffee.

  • As part of the team you will help kitchen staff with washing up, cleaning and some food preparation when required, as well as your team-mates in mind to help the group have a better service and time.

We are offering a friendly but challenging place to work in with flexible hours.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £10.42-£13.00 per hour
