About Us

The Caring Kitchen is the commercial arm of The Prince of Wales Hospice, providing exceptional catering services to the community. From private gatherings to corporate events, you will be part of a purpose-driven team supporting a great cause and taking pride in delivering fresh, high-quality meals with outstanding presentation.

You'll be working alongside our Head Chef and Sous Chef in our commercial kitchen, contributing your skills to craft delicious dishes while upholding our high standards.

What We're Looking For:

A talented chef with strong cooking skills and attention to detail

A passion for producing high-quality food with excellent presentation

Knowledge of food hygiene, health & safety regulations, and best kitchen practices

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Requirements:

A basic food hygiene certificate

A City & Guilds 705 or NVQ qualification (or significant experience in role)
