As the Head of Leisure, you will be at the forefront of innovation, shaping unparalleled customer experiences, driving revenue growth and solidifying Silverstone's reputation as a global leader in leisure and entertainment. From overseeing our legendary driving experiences to launching a state-of-the-art karting circuit and designing a brand-new world-class tour experience, this role is an extraordinary opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

STRATEGIC VISION AND INNOVATION

  • Craft and execute a bold and comprehensive growth strategy that positions Silverstone's leisure division as a global trailblazer in unforgettable customer experiences.
  • Push boundaries to create innovative and commercially successful leisure offerings that captivate diverse audiences and set industry benchmarks.
  • Drive collaboration across teams to develop enticing packages and programs, broadening Silverstone's reach and building lifelong loyalty.

REVENUE GROWTH AND COMMERCIAL SUCCESS

  • Maximise revenue opportunities across all leisure offerings, from driving experiences to food and beverage services.
  • Take full ownership of budgets and financial performance, driving profitability while maintaining exceptional service standards.

TEAM LEADERSHIP AND COLLABORATION

  • Inspire, develop and lead a high-performing leisure team that shares your passion for excellence and innovation.
  • Forge strong cross-functional partnerships with marketing, sales venue operations, event teams and the Silverstone Museum to amplify the impact of leisure initiatives.
  • Build meaningful relationships with local businesses, schools, and corporate clients to expand Silverstone's customer base and strengthen community ties.

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE AND COMPLIANCE

  • Own and managed the operational delivery of the leisure portfolio, identifying efficiencies whilst maintaining standards.
  • Drive best in class delivery through robust processes, training and safety standards.

Stay ahead of regulatory requirements, maintaining full compliance across all leisure offerings. Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven leadership experience in managing high-profile leisure or visitor attractions with a record of delivering exceptional results.
  • A visionary mindset with expertise in launching new offerings and driving commercial success.
  • In-depth understanding of the leisure, tourism, and/or events industries, paired with a customer-first approach.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills with the proven ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Inspirational leadership with the ability to foster a culture of innovation and high performance.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and financial management.
