At Long-Term Teachers, we're on the hunt for passionate, dynamic, and lively individuals eager to embark on exciting teaching opportunities across the beautiful South West region.

We are currently looking for experienced Teachers/Cover Supervisors who are wanting to expand on their knowledge and background.

The roles that can be offered range from Part-Time, Full-Time and Ad-Hoc allowing you to choose when you want to work; create a flexible schedule that suits you and your lifestyle; choose from day-to-day supply roles, or develop your career a step further by taking on roles for a long-term basis.

Role requirements 

The schools I work with are seeking flexible, knowledgeable and enthusiastic individuals who are motivated to help pupils on their learning journey.

For this specific role, it is necessary to have experience or qualifications in required  roles, being proactive with good initiative and great curriculum knowledge.

Role Requirements 

  • QTS/Supply Teaching 
  • Adaptable
  • Passion for teaching
  • Ability to liaise with teachers and parents
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Primary school curriculum
  • Adaptable to work with different age groups 
  • Patience and compassion
  • Experience working with children
  • Implement and adjust planned activities according the students academic development
  • Supportive approach to all kinds of students
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to liaise in accordance with teachers and parents
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment
