An integral part of the unfolding story of Battersea Power Station, Fiume has fast become a firm local favourite with its authentic, fresh Italian flavours. Fiume, the Italian word for river (a tribute to its location on the banks of the Thames), is made up of an elegant bar and restaurant and an open kitchen with a traditional pizza oven. The terrace overlooking the Thames has Battersea Power Station as a backdrop.

A bit about what you will be doing:

We are looking for a Bartender to join our vibrant team at Fiume In this guest-facing role, you'll be the friendly face behind the bar, delighting guests with your warmth, charm, and genuine hospitality. Building rapport and fostering relationships will be at the heart of what you do, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued. With your knowledge of classic cocktails and wines, you'll craft delicious drinks and provide recommendations, enhancing the overall guest experience.
