Are you ready to be part of the ultimate party experience? Barbara's Bier Haus is on the lookout for a Cloakroom & Front of House Attendant to help us deliver unforgettable nights and top-tier service from the moment guests walk through the door. You'll be the trusted guardian of personal belongings, the friendly face that welcomes guests, and the organised hero keeping our cloakroom and front of house running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Guest Service:

You'll be the first (and last) friendly face our guests see From greeting partygoers to taking care of their coats, bags, and personal items, you'll make sure everyone feels welcomed and looked after from the start.

  • Cloakroom Management:

You'll oversee the safe storage and return of guests' personal belongings, handling items with care and attention. You'll keep the cloakroom tidy, organised, and efficient especially during those busy rushes

  • Lost Property:

Be the go-to person for any lost or found items. You'll follow our lost property procedures, logging and safely storing items, and ensuring they're reunited with their rightful owners whenever possible.

  • Front of House Organisation:

You'll support the smooth operation of the entrance area, ensuring guests move seamlessly through check-in, cloakroom, and into the venue. You'll also assist the FOH team where needed, keeping things running like clockwork.

  • Guest Interaction:

From helping guests with queries to offering a friendly chat while they hand in their coats, you'll bring the Barbara's Bier Haus energy upbeat, and professional every time.

  • Responsibility & Trust:

You'll be handling guests' personal belongings, so trustworthiness and attention to detail are key. You'll treat every item with the care it deserves, ensuring our guests feel completely confident leaving their things in your hands.
