Senior Provider Analytics and Insights Professional

 The Senior Provider Analytics and Insights Professional (Senior Value-Based Programs Professional) works on the Value Based Analytics and Insights Team and supports successful value-based provider relationships. This position will have a focus on creating actionable analytics to inform Humana's provider strategy, improve provider performance, and achieve shared enterprise goals.

The Senior Provider Analytics and Insights Professional on the Value-Based Analytics and Insights Team will be responsible for creating and maintaining actionable reporting to advance Humana's value-based provider strategies using SAS/SQL/Power BI/Excel.

• Develops reports and dashboards using SAS, SQL, Power BI, and/or Excel to support the evaluation and improvement of provider performance
• Creates executive summaries of actionable insights to inform National Provider team strategy
• Maintains key processes to assess provider financial outcomes
• Supports numerous ad hoc requests from internal stakeholders and senior leadership
• Partners with analytics team and other aligned Corporate and Market partners to expand and evolve current reporting

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years data reporting and/or visualization experience
• 3+ years' experience with SAS and/or SQL platforms
• 1+ years' experience with Power BI
• Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining data processes
• Proven ability to align with key stakeholders and effectively collaborate across internal departments

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid experience leading and managing high visibility projects
• Healthcare and/or managed care experience, preferably with a value-based care focus
• Prior experience in Market Finance or working with value-based provider data
• Demonstrated experience working in Databricks

  • Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
  • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$78,400 - $107,800 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
