About Final Whistle Agency (FWA)

Final Whistle Agency is a modern sports sponsorship agency helping brands and rights holders create meaningful, data-driven commercial partnerships. We work directly with clubs, leagues, and organisations across the sporting world to unlock new sponsorship opportunities and deliver long-term value.

Alongside our core consultancy work, we're developing a new digital solution that will streamline and enhance how sponsorship deals are discovered, negotiated, and delivered — combining smart technology with industry expertise.

We're a small, growing team with deep roots in sport and a clear mission: to bring transparency, efficiency, and scale to the sponsorship industry.

The Role

We're looking for a proactive, organised, and sports-savvy intern to support our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across both agency work and tech-led innovation in the sports commercial space.

You'll assist in research, outreach, commercial proposal development, and platform planning — gaining exposure to real-world sponsorship campaigns and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research on rights holders, brands, and industry trends
  • Assist with sponsorship proposal creation and client presentations
  • Support brand and club outreach and lead generation efforts
  • Help organise and maintain internal databases and CRM tools
  • Participate in strategy sessions and team meetings
  • Provide administrative support across ongoing projects

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for sport and an interest in commercial partnerships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research and organisational abilities
  • Self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing time independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (experience with CRM tools is a plus)
