About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Developer to join a cutting-edge engineering team delivering scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure solutions using OpenShift Virtualization, Terraform, and Ansible. This is an exciting opportunity to work on modern cloud-native platforms and shape the automation strategy for a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design & build IaC solutions for OpenShift Virtualization leveraging Terraform, Ansible, and automation best practices.

Automate provisioning, configuration, and management of OpenShift clusters and virtualized workloads.

Develop and maintain reusable IaC modules, playbooks, and templates that support scalable and consistent deployments.

Partner with DevOps, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to integrate OpenShift Virtualization into CI/CD pipelines.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize virtualized workloads for high performance and reliability.

Ensure all IaC implementations align with security, compliance, and governance standards.

Produce clear, detailed documentation, covering processes, configurations, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years experience with IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible.

3+ years hands-on experience with OpenShift Virtualization and Kubernetes.

Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python) for automation and tooling.

Knowledge of major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.

Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD, etc.).

Solid understanding of networking, storage, and virtualization fundamentals.

Proficiency in version control using Git and collaborative workflows.

Understanding of security best practices for containerized and virtualized workloads.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
