Job Description
We are looking for an Intune Support Specialist to join a short-term project based in London. The successful candidate will support the deployment and troubleshooting of iOS mobile devices, working closely with end users and technical teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support devices via Microsoft Intune (e.g., delete devices, refresh tokens)
- Work with Apple Business Manager (ABM) for device enrollment and management
- Use Apple Configurator to prepare and deploy iOS devices
- Perform end-to-end iOS mobile device deployment
- Troubleshoot iOS devices, including handling devices in DFU (Device Firmware Update) mode
- Engage with end users to resolve any device-related issues and provide support
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
- Strong understanding of Apple Business Manager (ABM)
- Familiarity with Apple Configurator and its use in device preparation
- Proven experience in iOS mobile device deployment and support
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues, especially in DFU Mode
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with end users
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: £250.00-£280.00 per day
