  • Key Role Responsibilities:

  • As a Warranty Controller, you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Processing warranty claims in an accurate and timely manner; and doing so in accordance with relevant standards.
  • Liaising effectively with your colleagues within the Aftersales Team, to ensure that there is an understanding of the information required; and being key in coaching your colleagues in this regard.
  • Recording data from warranty claims.
  • Posting and reconciling payments and credits from warranty claims.
  • Effectively utilising the tools and resources available to you to become a specialist in your area.

Prerequisites:

  • Previous relevant experience required.
  • Previous motor industry experience essential.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Understanding of how to prioritise work.
