We are looking for Relief Workers to provide support within our CQC regulated Specialist contract Division.

Role Overview
As a Specialist Contract Relief Worker, you will be working as part of an innovative and compassionate team responsible for enabling people with various difficulties to achieve individual goals. You will be expected to work closely with the Key Worker and other team members, to provide an effective delivery of our support planning framework encompassing varied support themes and complexity.
Shift Schedule
There is a variety of day and night shifts available. You will be required to complete a DBS check as well as undertake any required training prior to completing any shifts.
Salary
The salary range for this role is £ £16.32 (Regulated Services).
What we're looking for:
- Candidates with previous experience of working with people with complex mental health needs
- Studying towards qualifications in Nursing with a focus on Mental Health and Learning Disabilities (Desirable). This is also more applicable if working in regulated services.
- Training or relevant experience in positive risk management and de-escalation (Desirable)
- Resilient and patient individuals that can cope with challenging situations
- People who are motivated by enabling others to achieve their goals
- Someone with good interpersonal skills
- IT literate with good numeracy and written skills
- Full UK Driver's license (must be able to drive a manual car)
There is a requirement for you to be able to complete at least one shift per month to remain on the Relief Worker register. The shifts include day shifts, sleep in night shifts and waking night shifts.
Pay: £14.28-£16.32 per hour
