Your Job

  • Oversee and monitor the automated renewal process for accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

  • Identify and resolve irregularities or system errors that may impact renewal rates

  • Act as a safeguard against churn during the transition to automation

  • Maintain clear documentation of issues, resolutions, and ongoing process improvements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption of automated renewals

Your Profile

  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking

  • Proven track record in sales, customer success, or operation function who is confident working independently with high accountability.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German are mandatory

  • A proactive and resilient person who enjoys direct customer contact and thrives on hitting targets.

  • Resilience and positive attitude with excellent verbal communication and coordination skills in a cross-functional environment.

Your Team

The Sales Operations team is part of the sales organization of Statista. We support more than 300 employees from the Marketing, Sales, and Client Success, Marketing departments. Our tasks include analyzing sales data, forecasting, and the constant monitoring of KPIs. Not only do we strive to support our global Sales team on a daily basis by optimizing processes, but we are also responsible for the sales tools and systems, with Salesforce as our main CRM Tool.
