About the Role
We are looking for a
Senior Manufacturing Engineer
to develop and deliver effective manufacturing methods that meet Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery requirements. You will support Operations by ensuring design intent is translated into practical, capable manufacturing processes and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve methods of manufacture to support operational capability.
- Translate engineering design into manufacturing instructions and standards.
- Support problem solving, quality improvement and process optimisation activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project and operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with SHE, quality and engineering standards.
- Contribute to the maturity and development of the Manufacturing Engineering function.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in Manufacturing Engineering within a regulated or complex environment.
- Strong problem-solving ability and understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and create clear manufacturing documentation.
- Good communication skills and ability to work within established processes.
- HNC or equivalent experience.
