We're growing fast at Lagardère Travel Retail UK & Ireland — and we're looking for a Buyer – Food & Beverage to help shape the next chapter of our travel dining strategy.

For over 20 years, we've led the UK & Ireland travel retail market across Duty Free, Travel Essentials, and Food & Beverage — bringing global brands and local favourites to millions of travellers every year.

And with recent wins at Heathrow, Belfast, and Dublin, plus a major new Relay launch at Heathrow Terminal 2 in 2026, it's an incredible time to join.

As Buyer – Food & Beverage, you'll lead the commercial and strategic partnerships that underpin our fast-growing F&B portfolio — from iconic global brands like Burger King, Supermac's, and Wasabi to our own-brand concepts such as The Ship, and exciting new third-party collaborations.

You'll focus on partner management, commercial optimisation, and innovation — ensuring that our food offer continues to evolve with consumer trends, delivers great experiences, and achieves strong commercial results.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the commercial strategy for our growing F&B portfolio, including partner-led concepts.
  • Manage relationships with third-party F&B providers to ensure alignment on quality, innovation, and performance.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to launch new partnerships and optimise existing offers.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and performance data to inform commercial decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in foodservice experiences across our estate.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in commercial buying, category management, or partnership management within F&B, hospitality, or retail.
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing supplier or partner relationships.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insight into action.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial approach and passion for creating great customer experiences.
