We are looking for a
Pharmaceutical Process Technician
to join the Biofill team here in Wrexham. This is a hands-on role in a Grade A cleanroom environment, where precision, safety, and collaboration are key. You'll play a vital role in sterile manufacturing processes, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with cGMP and EHS standards. You'll be part of a dynamic team driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment for product formulation and sterile vial filling.
  • Ensure safety and compliance by following SOPs, handling hazardous materials, and maintaining inspection readiness.
  • Collaborate across departments to meet production schedules and resolve issues.
  • Support validation, qualification, and documentation activities in real time.
  • Participate in Lean initiatives and process improvement projects.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Degree in a relevant scientific subject + experience in a similarly methodical role ideally in a sterile environment
  • Ability to take initiative, pitch in, be proactive and be part of a team
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, including flexible work to support manufacturing continuity and supply for our patients
