Rockstar North is looking for a passionate Associate Production Coordinator to join our Audio team and assist in making some of the most highly respected and widely recognized AAA titles in video games.
This is a full-time, permanent and in-office position based in Rockstar's state-of-the-art game development studio in Edinburgh, Scotland.
What We Do
- The Rockstar Games Audio Team combines all audio disciplines, designing and implementing the sound, music, and dialogue technology as well as content for our games.

Responsibilities
- Document meetings, provide follow-up notes and actionable points to attendees.
- Collaborate with our Senior Production Coordinator and Leads to maintain project management database and to provide effective and accurate information.
- Develop an understanding of team needs and workflows across all audio team disciplines, proactively help to streamline project management and scheduling processes.
- Maintain an active awareness of team goals and timelines, thinking ahead to identify potential issues.
- Assign, prioritise and track tasks using our in-house project management tools.
- Take accurate notes during review play sessions, make these available to team members in a clear and organised manner.
- Provide support to our Senior Production Coordinator in all aspects of production and organisational work as required.
Requirements
- Degree / diploma in a related discipline, or 1+ year experience working within QA.
- Experienced in Outlook and Microsoft Office; with a high proficiency in Excel.
- Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills; working closely with audio team members and collaborating effectively with other team disciplines.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Positive, solution-oriented individual with an eagerness to learn and a flexible approach to work.
- A willingness to be involved in all aspects of the development process.
- Motivated individual with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, milestone-driven environment on both collaborative and autonomous tasks.
PLUSES
Please note that these are desirable skills and are not required to apply for the position.
- Enthusiasm for video games.
- An interest in any aspect of audio, eg. music, dialogue, sfx.
- Software development or video game industry experience.
- Experience using project management software tools, eg. JIRA.
- Experience using Confluence.
