Join Salford City College Group at an exciting time of development and transformation. We're investing in our estate and our Estates & Capital Team, and are seeking an ambitious, dynamic Head of Estates and Capital to play a key role in shaping our future, and who is able to work and deliver effectively at both an operational and strategic level.

As part of the College Leadership Team, you'll lead and develop our estates and capital team, delivering a proactive, high-quality estates, facilities, and capital management service. You will oversee the College's estates service, incorporating hard and soft facilities management, whilst also providing strategic leadership in Health & Safety, ensuring the wellbeing of all students, staff, visitors, and contractors. You will also oversee the capital planning and delivery programme, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
