As a First Class Customer Host, you'll be at the very heart of our on-board team, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and delivering truly memorable service to every customer.

From answering questions and serving delicious meals and drinks, to making sure the carriage is spotless and comfortable, you'll play a key role in making every journey feel extra special.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for friendly, hardworking people who love making others smile. You'll bring a positive attitude, a professional approach, and the confidence to handle whatever the day brings.

Polite, reliable, and resilient you'll understand that great service is all about the little things, and your personality will help bring our First-Class experience to life.

The role requires shift work based on a rota to provide customer service throughout the whole day, this could be on the first train in the morning or the last train at night so you will need to be flexible and it will include weekend work.

If you are successful at the assessment day you will either, be offered an immediate vacancy, or you will be placed into the Talent Pool for a maximum of 12 months.
