About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a
Trainee Manager
to join our
Birmingham
team. This is a
full-time, on-site
position
that offers hands-on experience in sales, while actively training you to take on leadership and management responsibilities within the business.

As a Trainee Manager, you'll work directly on face-to-face marketing campaigns, representing high-profile brands and engaging with customers in their homes. Alongside this, you'll receive structured development in key areas of people management, campaign strategy, and business operations, preparing you for a future
leadership
role within the organisation.

This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, driven, and eager to grow into a management position while learning the foundations of direct sales and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Execution

• Represent client brands through face-to-face marketing campaigns

• Deliver tailored product or service information to potential customers

• Build rapport and create positive customer experiences

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

• Leadership & Team Development

• Learn how to coach, mentor, and support new team members

• Participate in daily team briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews

• Take on increasing responsibility for team motivation, performance tracking, and field support

• Develop the ability to lead a small team, support goal-setting, and contribute to team success

• Campaign & Operations Support

• Assist in planning and executing residential campaigns

• Provide feedback to campaign managers on customer trends and campaign performance

• Support recruitment and onboarding efforts as part of leadership development

• Contribute ideas to improve campaign strategy and customer engagement
