Core Responsibilities

  • Apply strong fundamental knowledge of structural engineering principles and design
  • Support Principal Engineers and Directors across the group
  • Produce detailed structural calculations, sketches and design documentation
  • Prepare construction drawings and specifications
  • Write high-quality technical and project reports
  • Undertake site visits to verify construction works are compliant with design drawings

Qualifications, Skills & Experience (Expected)

  • Degree in
    Civil or Structural Engineering
  • 2+ years relevant industry experience / knowledge
  • Proficiency in
    AutoCAD
    ,
    MasterSeries
    and
    TEDDS
  • Ability to produce detailed structural calculations and sketches with accuracy
  • Experience preparing construction drawings and technical specifications
  • Commercial awareness including costing, budgeting and quotation processes
  • Strong report-writing skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive and eager to develop new skills while sharing knowledge within the team
