Location:
Hybrid, London (2 days office / 3 days home)

We are seeking a confident and experienced funding professional to provide steady leadership and oversight within a well-established funding team. This role will be key in maintaining the smooth running of day-to-day operations, ensuring funding programmes are delivered effectively and in line with governance and organisational priorities.

You will oversee the full funding cycle, from the development and review of proposals through to decision-making, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring activity continues to meet high standards of accountability and impact. Leading a small, experienced team, you'll provide direction, support, and guidance to keep delivery on track and champion best practice across all areas of funding.

Collaboration is central to the role, working closely with colleagues across finance, impact, and engagement to ensure information flows smoothly and the team remains aligned.

We're looking for:

  • Senior-level experience within grantmaking, funding, or programme management.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A pragmatic and professional approach, with sound judgement and attention to detail.
