Job DescriptionWhat is the role?
Being a Care Professional involves supporting with several tasks:
- Provide compassionate care and support to individuals in their own homes.
- Assist with daily activities such a personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Foster a safe and nurturing environment, promoting independence and dignity.
- Build meaningful relationships and engage in social activities with clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families and healthcare professionals.

- Competitive pay - £13.15 per hour.
- Minimum 1-hour calls – with client matching for continuity.
- Schedule Availability - We are looking for candidates who are available to work from 5pm to 10:30pm and weekends.

Job Requirements for Care Assistants:
- Personal Qualities: Adaptable, personable, and genuinely care for others' well-being
- Legal Requirements: Legal right to work in the UK.
- You must live within our Franchise Territory (E4, N1, N4, N5, N7, N8, N15, N16, N17, N18 & N22) We will transfer you to a branch closer to you if you do not live within these postcodes.
- Must fit our company culture
Care Assistant Responsibilities:
- Providing companionship and organizing outings
- Assisting with personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation
- Running errands and supporting with medications
- Helping with mobility and household chores
Again, this role specifically seeks candidates whose availability is between 5pm to 10:30pm.
