Are you passionate about legal research, data quality, and driving innovation through experience management? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to help shape how we capture and leverage our global credentials and matter knowledge.

As part of our dynamic Marketing & Business Development (MBD) team, you'll work with cutting-edge tools like Litera's Foundation platform and AI solutions to support pitches, proposals, and strategic initiatives. You'll collaborate across teams, contribute to continuous improvement, and play a key role in enhancing our global client experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as a subject matter expert on our experience management system
  • Support business development teams with credentials and content
  • Deliver technical support and conduct complex experience searches
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline data capture and reporting
  • Monitor system usage and contribute to process improvements
  • Build strong relationships across MBD, legal, and knowledge teams

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in legal/business research within professional services
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
  • Confidence working independently and collaboratively
  • High IT literacy, including Microsoft 365 and data management tools
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Litera Foundation, Power BI, SharePoint, or AI tools
