Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contracts Manager based in the Greater Bristol Area, United Kingdom. The role involves overseeing contract delivery, ensuring compliance with agreed terms, and managing client relationships in the social housing and public sector. The Contracts Manager will coordinate project teams, monitor financial performance, track progress against schedules, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards. Working closely with clients and internal teams, the Contracts Manager will ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, specification, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of contract management, project planning, and budget control
  • Proficiency in team coordination, stakeholder communication, and client relationship management
  • Experience in supervising health, safety, and compliance standards in construction environments
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
  • Familiarity with social housing or public sector construction projects is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Valid driving license for travel to project sites
  • Professional certifications such as MRICS, MCIOB, or relevant qualifications are a plus
