Job Description:

We have a Fantastic position available for a Party Host/Team member position 16+, we're looking for two high energy, enthusiastic and confident individuals with great people skills and kind and polite customer service, this role is perfect for individuals seeking weekend work (with occasional overtime shifts) and extra hours during school holidays.

We are currently hiring for the combined role of team member and Party Host. You're working days would typically consist of:

  • Weekend shifts (Typically one Saturday or Sunday)

A typical shift consist of 9 hours 9:00am-18:00pm, however this can fluctuate due to party bookings.

As a Team member/Party Host, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our customers. Your attention to detail, quick thinking, and dedication to excellent customer service will be key. From hosting high energy birthday parties to serving customers at the front desk, you'll be responsible for creating a fun and safe environment for everyone.

Here's a snapshot of your responsibilities:

  • Host birthday parties and group bookings, organizing games and taking care of guests' needs. From welcoming them in, assisting them throughout their time in the play centre and seeing them out upon exit.
  • Maintain adherence to safety policies, including rules of play, equipment checks and detailed cleaning, following all health and safety protocols.
  • Enhance the customer experience through outstanding service, answering safety and party-related questions.
  • Work in a cafe based environment, Such as using a coffee machine, Produce food orders and pot wash.
  • Coordinate the end of parties, sessions, assisting with restocking and regular clearing
  • Maintain cleanliness and perform regular maintenance tasks within the play center
  • Highlighting any stock requirements to the manager
  • Completing daily and weekly cleaning to a high standard.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
