We are recruiting a CRM Executive
on an initial Maternity Cover contract running ideally from February 2026 to the end of March 2027.
In this role you will be a subject matter expert for our CRM platform, independently managing day-to-day processes, supporting and occasionally leading projects, and providing advice to stakeholders.
Main duties include improving data quality and processes, completing day-to-day data processes accurately and in a timely manner, and providing solutions and best practice advice to users of the system.
Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however as an inclusive employer, we are willing to consider any flexible working requests.
Candidate Overview
We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:
- Knowledge of a CRM system and its application in business development and marketing teams – ideally within a professional services setting
- Experience of running simple projects, with minimal supervision
- Ability to contribute towards process improvements and proactively suggest new ideas
- Good experience of working with data and spreadsheets
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Technical and practical experience of InterAction and/or InterAction+ would be highly advantageous
- Understanding the basic data privacy principles
